Spring is here, although looking-out today on Easter Monday the weather does seem to be on the cold and windy/rainy side!

Dont forget Tuesdays @ the Arundel Lido- my new  Pilates class is up and running in the Cabin….perfect for those of you who are wondering what Pilates is all about,maybe you should come along to try? Contact me for details.

Weds 18th April we start OUTDOOR FITNESS -meet at Walberton Rec [ by the Village Hall] 6.15 – start to improve your all round fitness regime with a fun group of like-minded ladies!!

I will take you through a complete warm-up and stretch,before we begin the fun bit…..power walking and striding around the Green.

finish with a good cool-down and stretch,this is a great workout for the brain too!!

Outdoor Fitness  is perfect for anyone and everyone, who want to improve their all round fitness, cardio, co-ordination, and who hates going to the gym!! Plus being in the great outdoors sharpens all your senses…

Do come along ,and  remember to wear good supporting trainers and comfy workout gear.

February nearly done….and we can look forward to Spring!

News this month is the new Walberton Pilates class on Monday mornings – which is proving very popular.We have a super group of hard-working ladies! May even have to start another group…!

If you have never done Pilates before,why not give it a try?

My Little Ballet Stars Pre-School Ballet class relocates to ST.PANCRAS CHURCH HALL CHICHESTER -Summer Term -from Monday April 16th @ 2.00pm so do hope to see you all there!

Now I am back from sunny Cape Town, its time to start my fitness and dance classes for 2012 this week!!

Childrens pre-school ballet and Glee club both start back tomorrow at Boxgrove Hall- please contact me for more details.

Ladies Pilates classes begin again this Weds. morning 8.45am and 10.00am January 11th at the Westbourne House ballet studio-places are very limited, so again-please contact me for more info.

I am planning to start a fitness Pilates class in the near future, also look-out for my next Strictly Dance event coming soon!! Its a great way to meet people,and have a good workout at the same time….!Also, my Outdoor fitness will resume from Spring Half-term in the Walberton area.This is a perfect way to exercise the mind and body -plenty of fresh air, rural surroundings and a fun friendly group to keep you motivated! Especially good for those who hate indoor/studio sessions.Dont worry if you are totally unfit- we begin by warming-up , stretching and power walking.You will soon notice the difference in your overall fitness!
